This ia an important and powerful technique which is used to make a decisions from the perspective angels. This forces to move outside our habitual thinking style. Meanwhile, helps us to gain more views of a situation.

1.Blue hat : For process control. Decision making process.Thinking process..

2.Red hat : feelings, emotions, intutions

3.White hat : Informations gather, data , details

4.Green hat : Creative ideas, alternatives, possibilities

5.Yellow hat : Possitive aspects

6.Black hat : Facing difficulties, problems

In this video,they describing the innovation of products.Actually, there are 5 videos,such as Design for Living, Ghost n the Machine, Better Living though Chemistry, Ghost in the Machine and Object of desired.

Final work Assignment,

First, we tried with a idea of Bus Translation.This idea is a kind of solution for people who are taking bus but they dont know weather they reached their destination or not. So,our product is like apps which they download in their phones to check where are they now and also ther will be a signboard which will show the current place's name and also with an announcement.

This time, we came out with another new idea, which is a kind of Plug.It is a plug which has a USB port and this plug enable to set time before start to charge phones.So, this time we set up for prevent the over-charging which can higher the electricity usage and can spoil the life of the phones' battery.

For this week , we came out with another idea. It is about Mug.

First,we think about the problems those always people who are using the mug are facing.

Then, we created the solutions by upgrading a thermoflask to a product that could multitask.By upgrade it, the product could beverage and the users can drink hotter and warmer drink for a long hours.Furthermore, upgrading a thermoflask kind a container to a normal mug shape with cover will make it handy.

Actually, our idea is to fix a smart grip with a suction cup under it will prevent toppling and knocked over.Next, using material which are lighter and using material which will keep the drink warmer. These kind upgrading will be very beneficial for the buyers.

Well, the product will be in the design with handy,simple and eco-friendly. We planned to upgrade from every aspect of color,shape, material used and size. Using darker colors and having a shape with cylindrical improve the holding effort. Meanwhile, reinventing at the medium height makes it suitable to be kept everywhere, such as car or desk.

Moreover, using a double wall vacuum can maintain the beverage temperature.The lid have an inner lid ,stainless steel, so the heat of the drink wont be lose.Well, the important part would be very beneficial because of the smart grip with a strong airlock.

The theory is like this :

1. When the mug is placed on the surface it creates a powerful airlock.

2.It works like a suction cup.

3.When its placed down on the surface the higher pressure outside pushes the bottom base attach to the surface.

4. Its mainly the function of the smart grip and suction cup which makes it happen.

6.There are no buttons to push or lever to pull to get the Muggy move.

7.Its mostly scientific and logic.
